Our success is built on a structured 5-phase process:
Phase 1: The Consultation
We commence every project with a 30-minute discovery call to delve into your aspirations and project dreams. If we align with your vision, we proceed to an in-home consultation to better comprehend your project's scope, offer insights, and assess its feasibility. Following this, we present a proposal outlining our services and initial pricing.
Phase 2: Planning & Preliminary Design
Initiating a kick-off meeting with Talha, we immerse ourselves in the intricate details of your project. We gather your wishlist and formulate our design direction, presenting proposed plans for your new space. A meeting is arranged to review preliminary budgets.
Phase 3: Architectural Design
In this phase, Talha assembles the construction package, collaborates with relevant consultants (HVAC, structural engineer, and grading), and handles the building permit application process.
Phase 4: Interior Design
Talha takes the reins, crafting a beautiful, livable, and functional interior. We create detailed floor plans, elevations, lighting, and electrical plans with meticulous attention to every detail. Selections of finishes, lighting, hardware, and color schemes are made. If your project permits, we also delight in choosing furnishings and decorative accessories. A major design presentation meeting is held at our studio space to showcase how your space will come to life. We ensure your satisfaction with every detail before providing a comprehensive drawing and finish package for construction.
Phase 5: Implementation & Construction
To ensure a seamless project, our team assists with ordering and managing deliveries, conducts regular site visits to guarantee the design's faithful execution, and helps style out the finished space. We even assist with photography. As we close out the project, we hand you the key to your splendid new space!
